Rock Bottom is a new verbatim theatre show exploring mental health, hitting 'rock bottom' and paving a pathway to recovery.
We completed a one-week R&D in October, 2020, to explore this complex subject matter, utilising real stories, with support from Arts Council England and community partner Industry Minds.
We proud spoke to over 35 people about their true account of hitting 'rock bottom' and paving a pathway to recovery, through online questionnaires, in person and over zoom. We cannot thank everyone enough for participating and contributing to this valuable project.
